I’m Codi! A strategist, content creator, and helper at heart.
I didn’t start out in marketing. I’m a small-town Maine girl who grew up on a lake, studied chemical engineering, and spent ten years working in paper mills. That world taught me to love structure and to find the calm way through a messy process. (Yes, I’m a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. I love a good process.)
Somewhere along the way, I found the creative side of me that had been waiting patiently. Graphic design, photography, course creation, social media, coaching. I fell in love with helping people share the work that lights them up.
Today I bring both sides together: the planner who loves a clear system and the creative who trusts her intuition. That mix is the heart of everything I do here.
I work with holistic entrepreneurs: healers, coaches, practitioners and creatives doing meaningful work in the world. So many of them tell me the same thing. They feel the pull to share their message, but social media drains them.
I get it, and I want you to know there’s another way.
You deserve a rhythm that feels simple, aligned and sustainable. One where you share your message with ease and clarity, at a pace that fits your real life. No forced performance. No pretending to be someone you’re not. Just you, posting as yourself, which is honestly the most freeing thing you can do.
Gentle growth is still growth. And the right people will find you when they need to.
Every business is in a different season, so I offer support that meets you right where you are today.
Learn and create. My online course, The Gentle Following, is for anyone who wants to get themselves out there in a way that feels easy and good. You’ll learn at your own pace and build content that sounds like you.
Plan it together. If you have big ideas but feel stuck on what to share, we’ll sit down together and find clarity for your content. You’ll walk away with a plan that feels grounded, doable and deeply you.
Leave it to me. Ready to hand it off? I offer content creation and marketing support, from your podcast to your Pinterest and everything in between, so you can get back to the work you love.
One of my clients, Caroline, put it this way: “Social media is not my forte, and [Codi] has taken something I genuinely don’t enjoy and turned it into something I’m proud to share.” That’s exactly what I hope for every person I work with!
This blog is for anyone who feels overwhelmed by social media and wants clear, easy takeaways. Here’s a peek at what’s coming:
• Post and story ideas for when your mind goes blank
• Graphics tips that don’t require a design degree
• Upcoming holidays and fun days to plan content around
• Mindset and heart-centered encouragement for the hard days
And every so often, a little piece of my life, too. Maybe a recipe, maybe a story from camp back home in Maine.
If you have a project in mind or you’re wondering how I can help, send me a note! Tell me a little about what you’re working on, and we’ll start the conversation from there.
I’m really glad you’re here. Come back anytime; there’s always a cozy seat waiting.
With love,
-Codi
